Read the most important information about Cialis.

Do not take Cialis if you have chest pain or heart problems and are using a nitrate drugs as a treatment, including nitroglycerin (Nitrostat, Nitrolingual, Nitro-Dur, Nitro-Bid, etc), isosorbide
dinitrate (Dilatrate-SR, Isordil, Sorbitrate), isosorbide mononitrate (Imdur, ISMO, Monoket).
Remember that nitrates are also found in some recreational drugs for example in amyl nitrate or nitrite (”poppers”). A serious decrease in blood pressure, leading to fainting, stroke, or heart attack can be caused by taking Cialis with a nitrate medicine.
Dizziness, sickness or pain, numbness, or tingling in your chest, arms, neck, or jaw during sexual activity are signs to stop and call your doctor immediately. Cialis could cause a serious side effect. Take Cialis not more than once a day. 24 hours should pass between doses.
If your erection is painful or lasts longer than 4 hours, visit your doctor or seek emergency medical attention. The penis can be damaged by prolonged erection (priapism).Few patients have had a sudden loss of eyesight after taking Cialis. Decreased blood flow to the optic nerve of the eye causes this type of vision loss. It is still unclear whether Cialis is the cause of such vision loss. It’s observed that sudden vision loss with Cialis use has occurred most often in people with health problems (heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or certain pre-existing eye problems), in those who smoke or are over 50 years old. If you have sudden vision loss, stop using Cialis and get emergency medical help.

Before taking Cialis consult your healthcare provider.
